Felixa builder Pvt Ltd is a Chennai-based real estate company committed to deliver happy living homes through meticulous construction and design with 100% customer satisfaction. Our promoters are highly qualified and experienced construction professionals having 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and delivered 100+ projects, 20 million Sq. ft of prime residential real estate projects across Chennai.

Managing Director
Mr. Ashok Kumar completed his M.Com (Madras University) is an Intellectual Professional of having around 20 years of work experience. He worked for a period of 15 years with one of the leading real estate companies of South India, Casagrand Builder Pvt Ltd, as Chief Operating Officer (COO), second in command, and contributed a lot to increase the company’s turnover from 50 crores to 2000 crores. He was handling all crucial works right from Land acquisition to project management and delivery.
With this profound knowledge gained through his long term experience, he wishes to build a professional and process driven company that delivers better quality solutions.
His main focus is to deliver the best living space for all the customers.
RG Haribabu
Managing Director
Mr. R G Haribabu completed his B.Com at Madras University and started his career as an Accountant. Later, with his consistent efforts and knowledge, he became the head of business operations, a top level management team member and finally Senior Vice President. He has 20 years of work experience with elite real estate companies like Casagrand Builders, Isha homes and Kochar homes.
Through this overwhelming work experience, he knows how to run a successful business, built a lavish to budget friendly living space and end to end project management.
